In the Yoga Sutras 1.5 and 1.6, Pantanjali tells us that pleasure and happiness are our true nature, it's the struggles of life and how we respond to them that make us unhappy and overwhelmed. We use our yoga practice- the poses on the mat, the sitting in silence of meditation, the breathing exercises, and so much more- as a cleaner of sorts, to wipe away the grime of stress and expectations of how things should be.

New to yoga? No problem! Let me show you how to start practicing yoga in the comfort of your own home!

In this 4 week program, I will take you from Zero (no or very limited yoga experience) to Zen (feeling confident in your ability to keep up with your practice.) We will work together to set realistic goals, figure out the best styles of yoga for you to practice, look into the different types of meditation and decide the right one for you, and get you set-up with a sacred space to practice yoga and/or retreat to when you just need a minute.
